Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal

Deutschland, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun after you:
- expressly consented to the immediate performance before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
