2. Service description
We provide an educational platform with digital content and features (e.g., courses, exercises, learning progress, and potentially AI-assisted tools).
3. Account rules
- Some features require an account.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected misuse.
- We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risks.
4. Subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation
If paid services are offered:
- Pricing, scope, and billing periods are shown at checkout and/or in your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period (details may vary depending on the plan).
5. Payments

8. Liability
Statutory liability applies. For minor negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable damages, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may cancel and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for cause (e.g., material breaches).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
